Smart Recruitment require experienced Project Estimator for our client based in Castle Donington, Derbyshire
We are looking for a pro-active individual with a sound engineering background and excellent interpersonal skills. The role exists within the Engineering team and reports directly to the Engineering Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible.
The ideal candidate will display the following:-
- A graduate in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience working in a similar role producing detailed quotations and estimates for customers.
- A strong technical background preferably with fabrications experience.
- Fully conversant with aerospace standard engineering drawings and familiarity with heat treatment / processing specifications.
- The ability to problem solve and deal with ambiguous specifications
- Computer Literate, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of project planning and coordination activity.
