Smart Recruitment require experienced Quality Control Operatives for our client based in Lichfield.
The candidate will need good attention to detail to recognize faults, good Microsoft application skills, excellent organization and communication skills.
The purpose of this role is to provide both operational and customer service excellence, through ensuring quality control and returns are handled effectively to meet customer expectations.
Quality checking of incoming goods prior to distribution to customers. Ensuring all customer returns are recorded.
