The Role:
We currently have an exciting opening for a proactive Recruitment Consultant within our Industrial Division at our new Coventry office.
This is a challenging role & the post holder will be responsible for generating new sales through lead generation, cold calling & client site visits. You will also be responsible for delivering first class levels of service through candidate attraction, selection & retention as well as client relationship development.

The Candidate
You will have worked for at least 1 year in recruitment, in the Industrial sector. You will be experienced in winning new business & will have a proven track record in recruitment sales.
You will be a proactive, personable & confident recruitment professional with the key skills required to accelerate business growth & work effectively as part of a team. You will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales manner & a drive to succeed in this challenging environment. Most of all you will be looking to move to a company where your hard work is well rewarded.

Our car allowance scheme goes up to £9600.00 p.a.
