This Driver CPC Training module is a 3.5 hour approved course useful to office staff, managers, supervisors and drivers. It covers commercial mindedness, dealing with customers, communication, teamwork, paperwork, route planning and much more.
The candidate will leave having a much greater understanding of a commercial operation and his / her place within it; the necessity of good communication (verbal, in writing and in form filling) and the reasoning behind the adopted practices of the operator.
There is more than one version of this course available; one suitable for drivers, another for office staff, another for mixed audiences) and it can be tailored to requirements. The version of this course specifically written for drivers is approved as a Driver CPC course and, when combined with another half day course, constitutes one of your five days required.
