Remuneration
As a trainee you will be paid a basic salary of £16,000 to £18,000 (dependant on experience), once you start generating revenue (placing candidates on assignment with clients or generating permanent placement fees) you will benefit from a very generous uncapped commission scheme. Realistically in your first year you should expect to earn £25,000-£40,000. However, thanks to uncapped commission, the more successful you are, the more you will earn!
Incentives
At Smart Recruitment we run monthly incentive schemes for you to enjoy and work towards. These are based on you and your team hitting revenue targets. In addition we also run quarterly competitions for Top Business Developer and Top Recruitment Consultant. Some of the incentives include paid meals at top restaurants, extra holidays, fully expensed five star UK hotel stays & European weekend breaks, bottles of champagne and even a fantastic mystery star prize for the Top Performer of the Year.
If you hit your targets with us, you will also soon be able to take advantage of our excellent Car Allowance Scheme. This will enable you to go out and purchase or lease your own vehicle, which range from a Golf 2.0 TDI to a BMW 3 series right up to an Audi TT or a Porsche Boxster. All of our incentives are designed to encourage you to progress in your role, so the incentives are achievable but will require determination and hard work!
