Jaime Walker - Trainee to Branch Manager in just over 2 years
Jaime joined Smart as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in September 2008. With training and hard work, within six months Jaime was performing well above his targets. By August 2009 Jaime was promoted to the position of Recruitment Consultant; and in January 2010 a further promotion earned Jaime the position of Branch Manager.
